A divorced mom has found love again with a man 19 years her junior, and while she's loving life again, there is one downside to her relationship.
Dating is a tricky business, there's no question about that. And if there is a big age gap between a couple, then people are likely to ask questions.
One anonymous 46-year-old divorced woman wrote in to relationships expert Jana Hocking for the Daily Mail.
The woman explained how she re-entered the dating scene after three years, eventually finding her current partner, who is 27.

"I have a higher level of intensity because I don't have any pressure release. Everybody knows me as stressed out," she said.
"Having sex actually helps you as an athlete, a female athlete. It's good for your hormones. So I’m running at a disadvantage."
In 2022, Jones began to freeze her eggs to help her chances of having a family in the future.
The athlete also told the MailOnline in summer that she's now focused on finding 'peace' in life, saying: "I know it seems super weird, but I'm just trying to do things that are peaceful. Her memoir - which hit shelves last year - reveals the true story of Playboy magazine's favorite cover girl.
So who was this man who was able to wow the iconic actress?
Revealing all in her book, she explained how she was in Buenos Aires aged 22 when an 80-year-old man 'changed' her.
"He changed me and I never forgot it. The softness with which he touched me left me breathless. It was a real man."
Since then, she has gone on to marry Motley Crue rockstar Tommy Lee - the father of her two children - in 1995 only four days after they met, before divorcing in 1998.
Next was Kid Rock in 2006, who she divorced just three months after they married.

The difference between annulment and divorce is that with the former, in the eyes of the law the marriage never took place.

All relationships come with their hardships, but this woman's romance has been hard from the start as her fiancé is serving life in jail.
Kat and Lazy first met as teenagers in middle school but lost contact with one another afterwards.
Several years later, he managed to find his 'childhood sweetheart' on Facebook and the pair started talking in 2021.
Not knowing what Lazy had been up to since they left school, Kat searched his name online and quickly learnt that he was serving life behind bars for murder - but this still stop her from embarking on a romance with him.

While this didn't stop Kat from dating him, she did admit that her 'heart broke' when she discovered the news.
Kat recently featured on Truly's YouTube channel - a page dedicated to sharing people's real-life experiences - as part of its 'Love Don't Judge' series.
"I would choose my prison boyfriend over my mom's opinion and over my friends and family," Kat said on the episode.
Further on in the episode, the mom-of-one shared more insight into the hard parts of her relationship with Lazy - her mom's lack of approval in particular.
"My family reacted very badly," Kat recalled when she broke the news of her new relationship with Lazy to her loved ones.
"My mother is not happy with it. It really breaks my heart that I can't speak to her and I can't go to her about my relationship."

Kat continued: "I feel like she should give him an opportunity. I'm not a child, I'm an adult and I deserve happiness live everybody else."
As to what Kat's mom's main concerns about Lazy are, Kat says it's down to his tattoos - as well as the fact that he's in jail for murder.
Kat spends some of her time on TikTok and explained that another difficultly she faces in regards to her and Lazy's relationship is the online hate she gets.
"I do get a lot of hate," she shared. "Those trolls. You guys be trolling too much; you've got too much time on your hands."
Going on to say that people 'come at her motherhood', Kat continued: "I try not to let it affect me because I'm a really great mother.

"Lazy has become Bella's stepdad due to their bond and their relationship, and I'm really happy that they get along. That was something I was really anxious and nervous about."
In light of her having introduced her daughter Bella to her jailbird beau, people labeled it 'whack' that she takes the young girl to prison to visit him - especially as he's not her biological father.
Hitting back at her naysayers, Kat said: "I'm not promoting unhealthy relationships, I feel like I'm just promoting my relationship.
"All relationships have ups and downs and all relationships are different, I'm just here to share my story."

Jana continued: "Now, about this 'cougar' business. Look, I get it. When I hear that word, the first thing that comes to mind is Stifler's mum and it does sound a bit icky. So yes, it can sting a little when it feels like people are reducing you to a punchline. But here's the thing: your dating life is your own, and if you're happy and it's working, that's what truly matters."

Though the couple were happy, the relationship did cause issues with Stefani's family.
"They thought I was making a mistake", she said, while her mom expressed belief that Stefani was 'losing out on a chance to meet somebody that she could grow old with'.
But in spite of the concerns about their romance, the couple went on to get married and welcome a son, Lachlan, who is now a toddler.

Stefani has no regrets about their relationship though, and even claimed that everyone should date someone 45 years older than them.
The mom has been hit with allegations of being a 'gold digger' or sticking around for a 'life insurance check' due to her relationship with an older man, but she's pointed out she works full time to earn money.
Some people have even suggested Don might have been 'grooming' Stefani, but she brushed off the fears and said: "I really don't care what people on the street say about it."

"Before, I’d like, tiptoe, 'Okay, when's a good time to tell him? Do I wait until he sees my personality a little bit? Or do I just drop the bomb?'"
