A man who claims to have the 'world's smallest penis' has revealed the surprising thing his doctor told him about manhood.
The discussion of 'how big it is' has been a divisive one, with many debating whether size actually matters.
North Carolina man Michael Phillips paid his doctor a visit earlier this year after long being worried about the size of his penis.
According to the 36-year-old, the size of his member has left him unable to have sex and also means he has to sit down while having a number one.

He was ultimately diagnosed with a rare medical condition known as having a micropenis.
Michael - whose manhood apparently measures under an inch - told The Sun: "I went to the doctor about four or five months ago with concerns over my penis size. I was informed there is a condition called a micropenis.
"I was referred to a urologist. I was always aware it had been small, but wasn't aware there was a condition for it.
"The main reason I went to the doctor was because my penis is actually too small to have sex at all."
Michael first became aware of his usually small penis when he revealed his size to a girl he was dating at school.
He was met with laughter at the time, and now he claims he's given up on dating altogether.
The 36-year-old added: "I have had a couple experiences of having sex and wasn't able to get it in and everything. From there I just stopped trying to date and lost interest in it."

He added to The Sun: "I was actually looking to see if there is a Guinness World Record for the smallest and see if I can enter for that.
"I try to turn a negative into a positive, so I’m trying to make everything a positive - so if I can get a title out of it then great."
Michael remains unsure on potential surgery options to enlarge his penis, though he is looking into the matter.
"I wanted to see if there was anything that could be done to make it bigger," he added.
"There are some surgeries, but they would only be able to add about an inch, inch-and-a-half.
"I’m thinking about it, but if that's all that I would be able to gain, then I would still be within the spectrum of a micropenis, so I’m not sure if it would be worth it. Way back in 1999, Falcon made headlines after claiming he had a the 'world's biggest penis' claiming it is 13.5 inches when erect and 9.5 inches when on a flop - and is 'about eight inches wide'.
The actor is little-known despite having appeared in Hollywood films such as The Greatest Showman, along with iconic TV series The Sopranos - arguably the greatest show of all time.
Despite claiming he possesses the biggest penis in the world, he still encounters his fair share of day-to-day hardships.
He gets stopped in the street due to the bulge in his crotch area, and even gets fondled at airport security - due to his suspiciously large package.
Falcon sat down on the couch on This Morning back in 2021, where he told viewers his penis was the same size of an Oscar award.
He said: "Here's the thing, I look down there's nothing special I don't compare it to objects and then when I take out the ruler I'm like 'oh, okay'."
But his gigantic manhood does lead to day to day struggles, even when taking a number two.
He said: "If the bowl water is too high you just have to prop it up a bit.
"Once or twice I accidentally sat on it."
He also revealed he'd been stopped by airport security because of his suspiciously large bulge, and they asked if he had a tumour.
He added: "I've learned if I'm going to go through security to ball it up a bit so it looks like a round mass.

A surgeon and sexual health expert has revealed the body part visible to everyone that exposes the size of someone's penis.
There has long been believe that looking at an individual's hands and feet indicate the size of a man's manhood.
However, the idea is very much an age-old tale, and it's apparently another body part that indicates how big or small a man's penis is.
Dr. Rena Malik appeared on the Diary of a CEO podcast earlier this year, where she put to bed rumors lads with bigger feet have a bigger penis.
However, the surgeon explained how there is another body part that could link to the size of one's manhood.

The expert didn't go further on whether she has seen or even been involved in studies linking nose and penis size, though she did say to have seen an increase in man concerned about the size of their penis.
Malik said that a survey done with 50,000 heterosexual men found 45 percent were unhappy with the way their penis looks.
Despite that, 85 percent of their partners said they were ‘satisfied’ with the size of their willies.
Elsewhere in the interview with podcast host Steven Bartlett, Malik spoke about how much sex a couple should be having.

"If they're in partnered relationships where sex is always available, but it's so variable person to person.

"If you're having good sex once a month that may be sufficient for you rather than having mediocre of bad sex four times a month, or 10 times a month even.

She once said: “There’s one study — it’s a Japanese study where they looked at only Japanese men so there are some limitations — but they measured all these body parts and penile length and they found was that nose length was correlated with penile length, not hand length or foot.”
It’s a cool theory, but I’m not going to stare at people’s noses and try to guess lengths.
Now, the doctor is sharing secrets about how to enlarge that area.
Dr. Rena Malik explained on the Diary of a CEO podcast this month that there are a lot of ways men will try to lengthen their areas, specifically pumps.
However, she explained that method they just doesn’t work.

Considering a pump is a vacuum, it simply gives the appearance of a large penis by increasing the blood flow to the area.
But it’s not the same as getting real results that last longer than a short-term fix.
In fact, there are actually dangers that can come with trying to enlarge them, and although she wishes men had similar options available to them as women do for enlarging their breasts, it’s just not feasible right now.
Though, there is one way that’ll bring in an extra couple of inches.
She explained that a traction device could be the answer.
Malik said: “These are devices that are made for penile lengthening but they’re also made for men who have something called Peyronie’s disease.”
Peyronie’s disease is when scar tissue causes curved, painful erections.
Now, while traction devices won’t bring in crazy results overnight, they can give you two inches.
However, she also warned that men would need to use them for eight hours a day and for months to see those results.
That’s because it stretches the skin and needs to be done consistently and slowly.

Evelyn Miller has made a name for herself off the back of making adult content, a job she now does as a living.
The Aussie was born with a rare biological condition known as uterus didelphys, which means she has two uteruses.
In Evelyn's case, she has two vaginas and two cervixes with one ovary on each side - all of which are fully functional.
Speaking in a recent interview, the OnlyFans star opened up about how she knew she was different from a young age.

"It was painful and guys would say it felt like they were hitting a wall. I’d use a tampon and I would still bleed through, but my mom told me I was using them wrong."
Of course, being different can be a cause for concern, but Evelyn has now come to the conclusion that her condition has actually helped her career.
She added: "It was really handy for work... certain guys were better for me [inside] a certain side, if one vagina needed a break or a time out I could use the other."
Evelyn did have a boyfriend during her escorting years, and she very much decided to keep her private and professional life separate.
As a result, she had one vagina for her boyfriend and the other was used for sex work.
"Having two vaginas helped me separate those two aspects of my life… otherwise, it all just ends up mashed together and having separation is really important to me," she added.
A client, who was a gynecologist as a day job, was one of the few to pick up on Evelyn's condition straight away.

While having two vaginas may have helped Evelyn's career, it of course comes with its challenges as well.
"The frustrating part is that I’ve got to have two pap smears, two STD checks; and every time I go to a doctor, I have to explain and make them believe me," Evelyn told PerthNow.
The condition also means low odds in fertility, though Evelyn does have two healthy children.
"I can get pregnant at the same time in both my uteruses and the babies could be three weeks apart," she added.
"Once they worked out that it was possible for me to get pregnant the doctors told me not to have sex in the other one… tape it up or put a sock up there."
